1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all subscription plans and one-time token purchases made on FiveM Script Creator. All payments are processed through PayPal. By subscribing to a plan or purchasing tokens, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Understanding Our Service Model
2.1 Subscriptions Are Pay-As-You-Go
Our subscription plans are billed on a monthly cycle. Each monthly payment is a separate, independent transaction that grants you access to the service and delivers your monthly tokens for that specific billing period. Previous months' charges are separate completed transactions.
2.2 Tokens Delivered = Service Rendered
When your subscription renews and tokens are credited to your account, the service for that billing period has been fully delivered. Token delivery constitutes completion of the service for that billing cycle, regardless of whether you choose to use those tokens.
2.3 Non-Use Is Not Grounds for a Refund
Our service is available to you 24/7 during your billing period. Whether you choose to use it is your decision. Not using the service or your tokens during a billing period does not entitle you to a refund — similar to how a gym membership is not refundable because you did not visit.
Important
Each billing period is a separate transaction. You cannot request refunds for previous months' charges. Paying for multiple months does not create a single refundable transaction — each month stands on its own.
3. Subscription Refunds
3.1 First Subscription — 48-Hour Satisfaction Window
If you are not satisfied with your very first paid subscription on FiveM Script Creator, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of your initial payment, subject to the following conditions:
- Zero (0) tokens from that subscription must have been used for script generation. If any tokens have been used, the service has been rendered and no refund will be issued.
- This applies only to your very first subscription payment — it is a one-time offer.
- Your account will be downgraded to the Free tier upon refund approval.
- This guarantee does not apply to plan upgrades, downgrades, or any subsequent billing cycle.
3.2 Renewal Payments
Monthly subscription renewals are non-refundable. Each renewal is a new transaction for a new month of service. Your tokens are delivered at the start of each billing cycle, completing the service delivery. If you do not wish to be charged again, cancel your subscription before your next billing date.
3.3 No Retroactive Refunds
No Retroactive Refunds
You cannot request refunds for previous billing periods. For example, if you have been subscribed for 3 months, you cannot request a refund for months 1 and 2. Each month was a separate transaction and the service (token delivery and platform access) was provided in full.
3.4 No Partial-Month Refunds
We do not provide pro-rated or partial-month refunds. If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you retain full access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period, but you are not entitled to a refund for the remaining days.
4. One-Time Token Purchase Refunds
4.1 48-Hour Refund Window
One-time token purchases may be refunded within 48 hours of purchase, subject to the following condition:
- All purchased tokens must be completely unused. If even one token from the purchase has been used for script generation, the entire purchase becomes non-refundable.
4.2 No Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for one-time token purchases. Tokens are a digital good delivered instantly upon purchase. Once any tokens from a purchase have been used, the transaction is considered complete and non-refundable.
4.3 After 48 Hours
All one-time token purchases become final and non-refundable after 48 hours from the time of purchase, regardless of whether the tokens have been used.
5. Subscription Cancellation
5.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page. No questions asked, no need to contact support.
5.2 What Cancellation Does
- Stops future billing. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
- Your subscription benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- After your billing period ends, your account is automatically downgraded to the Free tier.
- You will receive 1 free token per month going forward (free tokens expire monthly if unused).
- Any tokens you purchased (via subscription or one-time purchase) remain in your account and never expire.
5.3 What Cancellation Does NOT Do

Cancellation stops future charges only. It does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, nor does it entitle you to refunds for any previous billing periods. Purchased tokens already credited to your account remain available and never expire.
5.4 No Early Cancellation Refunds
There are no pro-rated refunds for early cancellation. Your subscription remains active until the end of your billing period regardless of when you cancel during that period. You are welcome to continue using the service until then.
6. How to Request a Refund
6.1 Eligible Refund Requests
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the conditions described above, submit your request through our contact form with the following information:
- Your account email address
- PayPal transaction ID
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
6.2 Response and Processing Time
- Refund requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, refunds are processed via PayPal to your original payment method.
- It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your PayPal account.
6.3 Refund Approval
All refund requests are evaluated against this policy. We reserve the right to deny requests that:
- Fall outside the 48-hour refund windows described above
- Involve accounts where tokens from the purchase have been used
- Seek retroactive refunds for past billing periods
- Are made in bad faith or involve abuse of our service
- Are from accounts that have previously received a refund under the first-subscription guarantee
7. PayPal Disputes and Chargebacks
Contact Us First
We are committed to resolving legitimate billing issues. Please reach out through our contact form before filing a PayPal dispute or chargeback. Filing a dispute without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension.
- If you initiate a PayPal dispute or chargeback, your account will be immediately suspended pending resolution.
- We will provide PayPal with full transaction records, account usage data, and evidence of service delivery (token grants, script generations, login history).
- Fraudulent chargebacks — disputing a charge after using the service — may result in permanent account termination.
- If a dispute is resolved in your favor, your account access will be revoked accordingly.
8. Exceptions
The only exceptions to the refund terms described above are:
- Technical errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error (e.g., double-charged for the same billing cycle), we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
- Unauthorized transactions: If your PayPal account was used without your authorization, contact both PayPal and us immediately through our contact form.
- Legal requirements: Where applicable law requires a different refund standard, we will comply with the applicable law.
9. Abuse Prevention
We monitor for patterns of refund abuse, including but not limited to:
- Repeatedly subscribing and requesting refunds
- Using tokens and then claiming dissatisfaction to obtain a refund
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit the first-subscription guarantee
- Filing chargebacks after service has been delivered
Accounts engaged in these activities may be permanently terminated without refund.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
