Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FiveM Script Creator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MATO ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of FiveM Script Creator.

2. Description of Service

FiveM Script Creator is an AI-powered tool that generates scripts for FiveM servers, including support for QBCore, ESX, and standalone frameworks. The Service provides:

  • AI-generated script creation based on user prompts
  • Multiple framework support (QBCore, ESX, Standalone)
  • Script download and export functionality
  • Token-based usage system
  • Subscription plans and one-time token purchases
  • Community pages, template galleries, and shared content features

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account using Google Sign-In to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Requirements

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. The content license you granted us under Section 5 survives account termination.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer monthly subscription plans and one-time token purchases. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis.

4.2 Token System

  • Each script generation costs 1 token
  • Subscription plans provide monthly token allocations
  • Unused subscription tokens expire at the end of each month
  • One-time purchased tokens are added immediately and do not expire

4.3 Billing and Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through PayPal
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
  • We may change our fees with 30 days' notice

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

5. User-Generated Content & License

5.1 Your Content

"User Content" refers to any scripts, prompts, configurations, descriptions, images, or other materials you create, upload, or generate through the Service.

5.2 Ownership

You retain ownership of any original logic, ideas, and creative elements you contribute to your User Content. However, you acknowledge that AI-generated outputs are produced by the Service and may not be eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions.

5.3 License Grant

By creating, uploading, or generating User Content through the Service, you grant MATO a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and make derivative works of your User Content for the following purposes:

  • Operating and improving the Service
  • Displaying your content on community pages, template galleries, and public-facing areas of the Service
  • Featuring your content in promotional and marketing materials
  • Training and improving our AI models and Service quality
  • Creating aggregated, anonymized analytics

This license continues even if you stop using the Service or delete your account, but only for content that was already shared publicly or used in the ways described above prior to deletion.

5.4 Your Representations

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant the license above, and that your content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property or other rights.

6. Content Visibility & Community Sharing

6.1 Public Content

Scripts and content you create through the Service may be displayed publicly on community pages, template galleries, search results, and other public-facing areas of the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that your content may be visible to other users and the general public.

6.2 Attribution

When we display your content publicly, we may attribute it to your username or display name. You may not receive additional notice each time your content is featured or displayed.

6.3 No Guarantee of Privacy

While we may offer options to control visibility of certain content, you should not expect that any content created through the Service will remain private. We are not liable for any exposure of content you create using the Service.

6.4 Content Removal Requests

If you wish to have specific content removed from public display, you may submit a request through our contact page. We will review removal requests within a reasonable timeframe, but removal of content already distributed or cached by third parties is not guaranteed. 7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Service Ownership

The Service, including all code, designs, branding, trademarks, and proprietary content, is owned by MATO and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the Service itself.

7.2 Generated Scripts

You retain ownership of scripts you generate using the Service, subject to the license granted in Section 5. You are free to use, modify, and distribute scripts you generate for your own projects, including commercial FiveM servers.

7.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation. This includes, but is not limited to, feature requests, bug reports, and improvement suggestions submitted through any channel.

8. DMCA & Copyright Takedown

8.1 Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request through our contact page with the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • Identification of the content on the Service that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it
  • Your contact information (name, email address)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

8.2 Response Timeline

We will review and respond to valid takedown requests within 10 business days. If we remove content in response to a takedown request, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the user who posted the content.

8.3 Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers, at our sole discretion.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purposes
  • Generate malicious, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Abuse, harass, or harm others using the Service
  • Violate any intellectual property rights
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without permission
  • Impersonate other users or entities
  • Distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited content through the Service
  • Resell or redistribute generated scripts without proper attribution
  • Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

10.1 Service "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10.2 AI-Generated Content

Scripts are generated by AI and may contain errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated code before use in production. We make no guarantees regarding the performance, security, or suitability of generated scripts.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, WHETHER ARISING FROM CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the Service
  • Errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in generated scripts
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Public display of your content as described in these Terms
  • Actions taken by other users using content derived from your scripts

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MATO, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your User Content, including any claims that it infringes third-party rights
  • Scripts you generate, distribute, or deploy using the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation

12. Data & Content Retention

12.1 Account Deletion

If you delete your account, we will remove your profile data within 30 days. However, content that was publicly shared or displayed prior to deletion may remain accessible under the license granted in Section 5.

12.2 Backups

We may retain backups of your data for up to 90 days after account deletion for operational and legal compliance purposes.

12.3 Aggregated Data

We may retain and use aggregated, anonymized data derived from your use of the Service indefinitely, even after account deletion.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MATO operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in class actions.
